Vikare

Vikare was the Shodai homeworld and capital planet of the Shodai Alliance. Once made up of multiple warring nations, the Shodai learned to overcome their differences and achieve global peace. This unity amongst all the people on the planet is what led to their highly advanced intergalactic traveling capabilities and eventually allowed them to build an alliance across the entire known universe. Once the Shodai had enlisted a significant number of planets they formed the Shodai Alliance, an interplanetary union between all Shodai systems. Vikare became the “center of the universe” and was home to the governing body of the entire Alliance, the Shodai High Counsel.
