📘The Origin Story

Ages ago, THE SHODAI ruled the universe. A benevolent coalition of space-faring civilizations, the Shodai were the sworn protectors of all sentient life and reigned over a gilded age of technological splendor and scientific revelation.

This period would not last as the Shodai eventually found themselves confronted with a new and terrifying enemy. One by one, the worlds of the Shodai fell to this new threat. Faced with no other options the Shodai created their greatest achievement yet, THE EVERGLYPHS.

The Eternal Warriors

Born from forbidden science and ancient magic, the Everglyph was a device that let users summon heroes of old by binding their soul to the Everglyph’s core. These heroes would be called THE EVERAI. This new technology allowed the Shodai to combat their foe but the enemy now stood at their doorstep.

Facing annihilation, the Shodai made a final gambit for their future. They created the ARKS, massive spaceships that would carry the surviving Shodai survivors to a distant galaxy where they could continue on and prepare the eventual rematch with this terrifying force.

As the Arks made their way into the stars the last home of the Shodai fell.

Guiding the coming Shodai generations were the selected few, designated to be SAGES on the journey. Having been genetically altered their lifespans have been greatly extended allowing them to continue the ancient Shodai ways. Centuries have passed since the Great Departure as the Arks continue their search across the cosmos.

As they steadily make their way to their unknown destination, the bravest of warriors work to master their Everai and protect the remaining survivors from any threat that may rear its head… The future is in your hands Pilots.
